In his memoir, Scott McClellan says President George Bush used propaganda on the American public in order to justify going to war in Iraq. Scott is not just any regular government employee of the White House, he has worked with George Bush since Bush was a Texas Governor seeking the Presidency, so information in his book has a bit more credibility.
