If you thought Paris Hilton was going to serve her entire sentence in jail, then you must live under a rock!
After only THREE DAYS of a TWENTY-THREE day sentence in jail for probation violation, Paris Hilton is out of jail! Unbelievable, that she is still getting Super-Star treatment, above the law!
Paris Hilton was allowed to be released on “house-arrest” by sheriff Lee Baca of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Dept. this morning to serve the remainder of her 45 day sentence. The excuse given why Paris cannot serve her sentence in jail for violating DUI probation (two-times), was that she was on a the verge of a mental breakdown! I think that anyone sentenced to jail would have a mental breakdown on their first trip behind bars! The judge who handed down the jail term to Paris had previously denied her house arrest, but the sheriff waved the magic key and presto, he handed a “get out of jail free card” to Paris Hilton!
As you can imagine, other inmates are pissed! Can’t blame them for not being rich and famous and have to live by the laws of the land!
Everyone convicted of DUI in Los Angeles, should now be able to use Paris Hilton as an example to be able to serve jail time at home! All you have to do is get a Beverly Hills Psychologist to say that you are becoming mentally ill from being behind bars and if you do not get out you might just crack up and it will be the jail’s fault for being a jail!
Party over to Paris Hilton’s cell in the Hollywood Hills! Must be nice to be jailed in a mansion and be able to host jail parties for the next Forty days!
