No Rosie is a Dim View
Did you watch “The View” today on abc? I did and let’s just say that, Rosie is really missing! You know how you go to club and you know of a group of people who are always there, “the regulars”, and when you don’t see them, it seems like something is missing? That’s what it felt like watching “The View” today without Rosie O’Donnell!
Whether you like Rosie or not, she did brighten up “The View” with her mostly lively personality! Now it seems like the show is going down hill fast! I cannot think of any one on t.v. who can bring that realism, like Rosie did to “The View” ! She was outspoken, fearless, generous and not to mention funny on that show, to give it many aspects to view it from!
In case you were not around last week, Rosie opted out of the remaining three weeks of her contract due to a fierce tongue lashing she gave Elizabeth Hasselback (the other co-host), about being a real friend! It all started when the mainstream, conservative media outlets said that Rosie called our troops “terrorists” in Iraq, which I have yet to find true and Rosie asked Elizabeth, “did she really think that Rosie thinks our troops are terrorists”? Rosie asked her to answer “yes” or “no” to that question, and Elizabeth danced all around it! So Rosie blew a gasket that Elizabeth’s hesitation sounded like doubt and like she did not know Rosie!
Now think about it, if a person you thought was your friend dis you in public, wouldn’t you be pissed and ready to take some action? Well most people who let someone into their personal life as a friend would snap and feel betrayed, if all of a sudden that so-called friend pretends that they do not know you in front of others!
Anyway, “The View” should try and bring Rosie back and can that other one, she is easy to replace!
I am glad to see her go, I can watch The View again!!! I can’t stand her loud mouth. My feelings about her have nothing to do with her being gay, I am a strong believer in gay rights, gay marriage, etc. She is just downright stupid. She needs to do some research before she spouts off about stuff she knows nothing about. It is ridiculous to blame the American government for 9/11! Could they have stopped it? Probably. Did they do it themselves as an excuse to go to war? Yeah right Rosie. Firstly, I do not agree with President Bush. He is the worst, dumbest president we’ve had thus far but he didn’t even use 9/11 as his “excuse” for going to war. He used “weapons of mass destruction” as his excuse. Still bull but get your bull right. Also, you say that fire doesn’t melt steel so someone had to blow up the buildings so that they fell? Well go talk to steel workers and ask them how they use fire to………..melt steel. If something burns long enough and hot enough (and last time I checked, jet fuel burns HOT), then yes it can and does melt steel.
You call everyone gay bashers, homophobes, etc. but sorry Rosie, you can’t blame everything on being gay. You are a straightaphobe and a loud mouthed idiot. People don’t like you because of your personality–not because you are gay.
You said that you just didn’t fit in at The View….well I guess not, those women have class and you wouldn’t know class if it bit you in the ass. I guess the old addage is true, money doesn’t buy class. You were the “bull in the china shop.” I just hope that your children don’t watch you on tv and that you don’t go around your house in front of them spouting the angry hatred that everyone stupid enough to watch The View had to endure. I can honestly say that I have NOT watched the show since you started and it was one of my favorites. I’m glad I can watch again.
I also believe that they pulled a “Star Jones” on you and kicked you off the show like they did her but given the choice that she had about announcing it, you took the lying cowardly way out of it and bowed down to what ABC wanted you to say. You were a poor replacement for Star. You are a loser. I feel bad for your wife and children. Do you bully them the way you bully everyone else then get mad and pout because they don’t “defend” you when you are the one who causes the drama in the first place. Why should Barbara just automatically “defend” you even if you are in the wrong? She would be compromising her integrity if she did and she wouldn’t do that because she has CLASS!!! What an idiot! You won’t be missed. You also make gay people look bad. You perpetuate the “butch” stereotype when you should be someone that other gays can look up to and where the homophobes can look to help to dispel their ignorance. Instead, you make all gays look worse. I really do feel bad for your children! Let’s hope that Kelli can teach them to be loving and sensitie instead of the angry, hateful person that you are. You must be a very unhappy person to be spewing all that anger and hatred all the time. Maybe counseling and medication would help.
You attacked Elisabeth because she kept her mouth shut instead of letting you goad her into a yelling match the day before. You said she sat there with her mouth shut, well duh, you never shut up long enough for anyone to get a word in edgewise. You just want people to speak up so you can attack them and she was smart enough to know that. She finally had enough and spoke up, I saw your stupid mind working on comebacks, it was hard for you. You didn’t know what to say. I certainly don’t agree with the war, President Bush, the Republicans, or Elisabeth’s views, that is not why I stick up for her. It’s about class and the free exchange of ideas between adults who should be confident enough to get their point across without yelling at someone and attacking them personally. You are a disgrace for comparing the men who defend your freedom to talk crap to terrorists. These men are heroes who are doing their job defending your freedom of speech that you abuse so often. If it wasn’t for the American soldier, you wouldn’t have that right in the first place. Instead of thanking them, you spit on them. You should be ashamed. You are a loser now and you will always be a loser. Please do some research before spewing your stupid conspiracy theories and remember, you can be against the war but still support the soldiers fighting it. If you don’t like the country you live in, give up your citizenship and find somewhere else to live. You won’t be missed.
Making fun of Donald Trump’s hair? Come on Rosie that’s so third grade. Besides, have you looked in the mirror lately? You’re no prize yourself. Yeah, his hair is ugly but he has more class in his little finger than you have in your whole body. Do you even know what class is? The bad part is, you see nothing wrong with the way you act and don’t even try to see other peoples’ points of view. It’s Rosie’s way or the highway. Well, since your way is the gutter, I’d rather take the highway thank you very much.
